To further simplify, we manage the on-boarding and end-of-assignment processing. The elegance of this process enables you to real-world evaluate employees before making offers for permanent employment.

Bree Hendrick
Partner
Bree Hendrick co-founded SampleHire in 2016. She brings 12 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience. Bree specializes in recruiting for the technology, biotechnology, and hospitality industries. At the start of her career, Bree worked in the luxury hotel and resort industry, recruiting for properties such as the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and Carmel Valley Ranch. She gained extensive expertise in recruitment strategies and HR management before transitioning to executive search. Now she enjoys working with a variety of clients, understanding their particular business needs, and helping them identify the talent needed to achieve their goals. Bree holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She lives in Ventura, CA with her son. Her hobbies include running, yoga and traveling.
Mike Tognotti
Partner
Mike Tognotti co-founded SampleHire in 2016. He brings 8 years of recruiting experience from Raindance Partners, which he founded in 2008. Additionally, Mike has 18 years of Life Science and Diagnostic sales and marketing experience from having held leadership roles at Illumina, CombiMatrix, Qiagen, and Fisher Scientific. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona, he worked in research at Genentech. Currently he’s on the Board of Advisors at Active Life Scientific and the Board of Managers at the Montecito YMCA, and Development Committee at the William Sansum Diabetes Center. Mike lives in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife and three children. His hobbies include surfing, running, and mountain biking.
